Pre-Event: prepare - build a plan.
You will learn about the value of home readiness for all your employees, assessment, finances/insurance, document storage, inventory and supply chain and finally an opportunity to role play a number of disaster scenarios.
Event: engage - take action.
During an emergency you may need to make hard decisions and choices. Learn about building a communication plan, alternate location, shelter in place, evacuation and violence in the workplace.
Post event: recover - evaluate. Once the emergency event is over there is still much to do. It may include repairing property damage and collecting insurance so you can get back in business. Take the steps to re-evaluate your business emergency action plan.
